Top Floor Capital is the joint investment and management entity of a small, close knit group of highly successful entrepreneurs. The company invests in opportunities ranging from early stage technology businesses to late stage private equity and long short hedge funds. • Ability to read a P&L
• Ability to build excel models of investment returns
• Ability to use online tools for information management and dissemination

It’s really helpful if you have the following skills or competencies:

• Ability to read and comprehend legal documents relating to investments

Prior Experience

It’s required that you have the following educational background:

• B.A. or B.S. from top tier 4 year university

It’s really helpful if you have the following educational background:

• 3 to 5 Years in accounting
• CPA qualification

Goals and Objectives

The following are some measurable objective related to this job. Accomplishing these in the timeframe desribed will mean you’ve made a successful start in this job:

• Organize 2010 Tax data so it is ready to be used by tax firm of partners choice – (Timeframe : 1 Month)
• Participate in decision of which firm to use for 2010 tax work – (Timeframe : 1 Month)
• Create secure yet accessible system for Top Floor Capital Partners to access information about investments, returns, and documents – (Timeframe : 1 Month)
• Created a system to help partners coordinate consolidated financial information between individual advisors, Top Floor Capital holdings, and outside managers – (Timeframe : 3 Months)
